Your helper team, at your own pace.
Start with one helper. That might be all you ever want, and that is fine. There is no race here. AI for the rest of us means you go at your speed.

Where I ended up
One helper is a real start
Pick one thing that bugs you. Bills, mail or a health habit. One helper looks at that one thing. It's designed to ask before it acts. You are in charge, and you can stop anytime.
If one helper is all you ever have, you are not behind. You are doing it.
Growing, only if and when you want
I liked one helper so much that I added another. Then another. There is no schedule. Add one when you feel ready. Take one away if it isn't helping.
- One: a single helper for the thing that bugs you most.
- Three: maybe a bills and money helper, a mail helper and a health helper.
- Six: maybe add a helper for reading the fine print on rules and papers, a helper that checks your website and a helper that keeps notes.
- Nine: I ended up with nine. That is not the goal. It is just where I ended up.
What the helpers do
We call them by what they do, not by fancy names.
- Bills and money helper. Looks over bills and card perks. It is designed to point out a credit you already have or a charge that looks off.
- Mail helper. Sorts the pile and tells you what needs you.
- Health helper. Keeps track of a habit you picked, like steps or sleep.
- Fine-print helper. Reads rules and papers and explains them in plain words. It is not a lawyer, and it says so.
- Website helper. Can look over a site once a week and list what to fix.
- Notes helper. Can write a short daily write-up of what happened.
The gatekeeper: our information officer
Once you have more than one helper, we think one job matters most. We call it the information officer. It is a careful, check-first helper. We take it very seriously.
- It guards the gate. It's designed to look at anything new before it comes in.
- It screens what is new. A new file, a new tool, a new idea from outside. It's designed to check first.
- It keeps a log. A plain record of what came in and who said yes.
- It speaks up. It is designed to give you a heads-up before anything risky.
It helps a lot. It can still miss things. You still make the call.
What you might get
Nothing big or flashy. A short note each day. A bill or credit catch now and then, like a perk you found you already had. A weekly look at your site. A heads-up before something risky. Small things that add up.
We win together
None of this needs a tech background. If you get stuck, ask a friend. Ask me. When it is your turn, hold the rope for the next person. That is how we all get there.
